M.A.K.E.

A genre-busting restaurant concept aimed to make raw vegan food more approachable and accessible for the daily consumer. Complete with its own takeout kiosk, this concept has moved to Venice and been rebranded as Plant Food & Wine.

Role: I was involved in many aspects of the opening including recipe development, interior design, wine list curation, and general management.
